Nearly two decades behind the chair

I'm Alexander Gibbey, and I've spent almost twenty years perfecting my craft as a barber. Across the South Wales Valleys I built and ran four successful barbershops — places where men came not only for a sharp cut, but for the conversation and the company.

In 2026 I brought that experience to West Wales and opened Siop y Barbwr in Drefach Felindre. This autumn the shop moved to Llandysul, where we're now open on King Street and taking bookings online.

Every cut here carries that experience. You're not just getting a haircut — you're getting twenty years of trade, sharpened on thousands of chairs before yours.

From traditional hot towel shaves to modern skin fades, our techniques are rooted in classic training and adapted for today. We use premium products, so you leave looking and feeling your best.
